Mod-Run PLOT EVENT SIGN UPS (TTRPG Based)
Day of the Plants
Takes place ICly at some point in April. Will start on the 1st or 2nd of April.
The Jungle is dangerous, but forays into it haven't proven much, outside it's possible to go in if one is careful. Yet when Donnie and Day vanish into it without a trace, following an otherwise routine foray into the greenery the day before, it’s up to a brave few to traverse the dangers and attempt to locate them.
It won’t be easy – the Jungle is overgrown, for one, but following the brief distress beacon one of their bangle’s emitted, what choice do the brave few have if they wish to find their friends?
Limited to 6; if more than five, RNG will be used.
REQUIREMENTS
- Participants are required to be on the discord server for this.
- Character Sheets will be required (this is to ensure fairness to EVERYONE as there is always a chance you do not find the PLOT this foray.) The Mod will walk you through making one!
- Players must be able to get in at least two tags per day.
- A team of no more than SIX characters are required to sally forth to brave the Jungle and bring the two plant nerds home.
- Roll20 will be used. If you cannot use that for whatever reason, let the Mod know.

Combat wise, there might be some, there might be none, this depends on the choices made by the group.

2: What system is the character sheet in?
3: You've mentioned requiring both discord and roll20. Is this going to include voice chat, or is it just an organizational thing?
4: And finally an actual event-related question: How is the distress beacon transmitted? Does it show up as like a network notification or does it spontaneously interact with all the bangles? Answer might influence which of mine--if I can free up the time--I sign up with!

2 - a Homebrew d20 system.
3 - an organisational thing; one to keep the group on task in a dedicated thread, the other purely for maps.
4 - a Network notification that is very loud and insistent. Think something like repeated discord pings.
